Powder-Coated Aluminum Sign Frames with Custom Options

Our durable 1x1 aluminum sign frames are designed to be versatile, cost-effective, and easy to assemble. These frames are powder-coated and come in a variety of colors to suit your branding needs. Frames ship unassembled to save on shipping costs and feature a bolt-together design for quick setup.

Key Features

• Frame Sizes: Frame size denotes the exact size of your sign. For example, an 18" x 24" frame fits an 18" x 24" sign perfectly. Rider signs should be 6" tall by the same width as the frame.
• Material Compatibility: Designed to hold 4 mm coroplast, 3 mm Aluminum Composite Material (ACM/Dibond), or any substrate less than 4 mm thick. Custom frames can be made to accommodate other sizes or substrates.
• Color Options: Frames can be powder-coated in black, white, grey, blue, red, or custom colors. Black and white frames in popular sizes are kept in stock, while other colors may require additional fabrication time.
• Assembly: Easy to assemble with just 4 bolts (or 6 for frames with a bottom rider slot). A standard screwdriver or drill with a Phillips or Robertson head is all you need for assembly.

Assembly Instructions

1. Attach the bottom rail to one side post and tighten the bolt completely. For frames with a bottom rider, attach both rails and tighten them.
2. Attach the second side post loosely, then insert the main sign panel into the bottom rail and first side post. Pivot the loose post into place and tighten the bolts.
3. Add the top rail and tighten all bolts. For bottom rider signs, slide them into place after the frame is assembled and secure with frame clips.

Installation Options

Ground Stakes: Pound stakes into the ground using the assembled frame as a template, then slide the frame onto the stakes. For frozen ground, pre-drill holes using a 3/4" spade bit or use a pipe wrench and car jack to remove stubborn stakes.

Top Rider Options

• Included: Coro pins for 4 mm coroplast rider signs.
• Optional: Sign Rider Clips to hold substrates up to 6 mm thick, ideal for Aluminum Composite material rider signs.
