Durable Aluminum Sign Frames with Custom Options

Versatile and cost-effective 1x1 aluminum frames, powder-coated in multiple colors. Ships unassembled for lower costs and features an easy bolt-together design.

Key Features

• Frame Sizes: Designed for exact sign dimensions (e.g., 18"x24"). Rider signs should be 6" tall with the same width as the frame.
• Material Compatibility: Fits 4 mm coroplast, 3 mm Aluminum Composite ACM / Dibond, or substrates under 4 mm thick. Custom sizes available.
• Color Options: Black, white, grey, blue, red, and custom colors. Popular sizes in black and white are in stock; other options require extra lead time.
• Assembly: Assemble with 4 bolts (or 6 for bottom rider frames) using a standard screwdriver or drill.

Stock Colors & Lead Time

Frames are powder-coated in black, white, grey, blue, red, and custom colors. We stock the folloiwng sizes in black and white:

• 18"x24" (with/without bottom rider)
• 24"x24" (with/without bottom rider)

Other sizes and colors may require fabrication time of 3 business days.

Assembly Instructions

1. Attach the bottom rail to one side post and tighten bolts completely. For bottom rider frames, attach both rails.
2. Insert the sign panel into the bottom rail and side post, then attach the second side post and tighten bolts.

Installation Options

Ground Stakes: Use stakes for stability. For frozen ground, pre-drill holes or remove stakes with a pipe wrench and car jack.

Top Rider Options

• Included: Coro pins for 4 mm coroplast riders.
• Optional: Rider clips for substrates up to 6 mm, ideal for ACM rider signs.
