nice product; lack of customer service May 3, 2022 Reviewer: Shannon Withey from Bozrah, CT United States   I ordered 6 of the brochure mail boxes. They are fantastic and arrived quicker than I expected. However, one of hte "take one" clear pieces arrived broken. I immediately, upon opening the package, sent a message stating one was broken and asked to have that one piece replaced. No one responded to me. Rather disheartening as far as customer service goes, but the product itself, minus the one broken piece, is fabulous. Was this review helpful to you?
