Great costumer service October 14, 2021 Reviewer: Jeremy Lewis from Upland, CA United States   They were very quick to respond and when I needed help with the design, I was able to get an actual person on the phone immediately who helped me through the changes and processed my order and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, UPS did not do as good a job delivering my order on time. Also, while the product was great, I did order and pay for individual bags for my keychains that did not arrive. I’m sure it was just an oversight and had I had the time to follow up I’m certain the company would have made it right given the opportunity. Overall I was very satisfied with this transaction.
